Celestial Airways HQ – Official Code of Conduct

  1. All employees are required to wear a body camera during all working hours.
    Celestial Airways issues the AXON Body Camera 4 to all staff members, valued at $699.99 USD per unit. It is super important to NOT lose it, This is being paid by the founder.
    This policy applies to all personnel, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew. they are required to have 2 body cameras incase they lose one.
    Body cameras must remain powered on during all critical interactions, security-related events, and onboard duties.
    Tampering with or disabling the device is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
  2. Inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature is strictly prohibited on all company property.
    This includes all areas within HQ facilities, aircraft cabins, and any location operated by Celestial Airways.
  3. Possession or use of firearms or weapons on company grounds is strictly forbidden.
    All employees and visitors are expected to comply with federal safety standards.
  4. Employees must adhere to the established chain of command.
    Instructions from senior leadership and the Founder are to be followed promptly and respectfully.
  5. Interference with surveillance systems or company-issued recording devices is not permitted.
    All devices are GPS-enabled and usage is monitored for compliance and safety.
  6. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed within restricted zones.
    All external guests must receive prior approval and be properly logged by a supervising staff member.
  7. Sleeping is only permitted in designated rest areas.
    Unauthorized napping in utility rooms, cockpits, or other workspaces is considered a violation.
  8. Misuse of company resources for personal benefit is strictly prohibited.
    This includes unauthorized use of office supplies, aircraft systems, or shared amenities.
  9. Employees must maintain a professional appearance and proper hygiene at all times.
    Uniforms must be worn correctly, and cleanliness is expected throughout all shifts.
  10. Organizing unauthorized groups, schemes, or subversive activity within company grounds is not tolerated.
    This includes, but is not limited to, cults, pyramid schemes, and insubordination campaigns.
